Personality Selling

A 1 hour interactive workshop designed for delivery virtually.

 

This workshop was developed as a result of challenges that recruiters faced with building rapport with candidates, specifically in sectors with big personalities. The DISC profile is very easy to use and understand and is another tool that you can use to communicate more effectively. I have also used DISC profiling when assessing potential recruiters for my clients.
